Cancellation Policy
Once a project has commenced, the Client may choose to pause, postpone, or terminate the project at any time. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any payments already made.
Payments made by the Client compensate Liquid Shape for project planning, research, design, development, consulting, project management, resource allocation, and reserved production time. As these resources are committed specifically to the Client's project, all payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Any completed work, work in progress, and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client up to the cancellation date shall remain payable. Any outstanding invoices for work performed or expenses incurred prior to cancellation shall become immediately due and payable.
If the Client chooses to resume the project within 12 months of cancellation, any paid work already completed may be reused and applied to the resumed project, provided the project scope remains substantially the same. Resumed projects are subject to resource availability, revised timelines, and current pricing where applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered if Liquid Shape is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to Liquid Shape. No refunds will be provided if the Client chooses to stop, cancel, suspend, delay, or withdraw from the project after work has commenced.
The following are strictly non-refundable once incurred:
- Processing and administrative fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Government or regulatory fees
- Third-party software, tools, licenses, subscriptions, or service costs purchased on behalf of the Client
- Design, development, consulting, strategy, research, or project management hours already performed
- Any project deposits, milestone payments, or retainers paid prior to project cancellation by the Client
By engaging Liquid Shape, the Client acknowledges that project resources and time are reserved specifically for their project. While payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced, the value of paid work already completed may be utilized if the project is resumed at a later date.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Shape excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.
