Interfaces That Don't Just
Look Good — They Convert.

Most design agencies optimise for applause on Dribbble. We optimise for decisions. Every colour, every line of copy, every interaction we design is engineered to move your visitor one step closer to becoming a customer.

Why beautiful design often fails to convert

There is a brutal gap between a design that wins awards and a design that wins customers. Most companies invest in the former and wonder why revenue doesn't follow. Here is what we hear from almost every client who comes to us after working with a different design team:

Their site looks polished in a Figma screenshot but visitors bounce within seconds because the hierarchy is confusing and the CTA is buried.
They are using a generic template that looks like a hundred other sites in their category — zero differentiation, zero memorability.
No one ever talked to real users. The entire design was based on the founder's preferences and a mood board, not on how customers actually think and decide.
The design and development teams work in isolation — something meaningful gets lost in translation every single time.

Our approach: design as a conversion system

We start where most agencies stop — with data. Before a single wireframe is drawn, we understand your users, your funnel, and exactly where decisions happen. Then we design with intent, test with discipline, and hand off with precision.

Every design decision is grounded in user research, heatmap analysis, and session recordings — not aesthetic preference.
We design conversion-optimised layouts where every screen has a clear primary action and a logical path to it.
We deliver a complete design system — not just screens — so your brand can grow consistently across every touchpoint.
Design and development live under one roof at Liquid Shape. No handoff friction, no miscommunication, no revision loops caused by translation loss.
What We Deliver

Everything your interface
needs to perform

From the first research session to annotated developer handoff, here is exactly what you get when you work with Liquid Shape on design.

User Research & Journey Mapping

Interviews, heatmaps, session recordings, and competitor audits — we know exactly how your users think, where they hesitate, and what tips them over the line before we draw a single frame. Good design is just applied empathy at scale.

Information Architecture

Logical content hierarchy built from card sorting exercises and tree testing. We map every user's mental model to a navigation structure that guides them exactly where you need them to go — without them ever having to think about it.

Wireframes & Prototypes

From low-fidelity sketches to fully interactive hi-fi prototypes in Figma — each stage reviewed and approved before the next begins. We validate structure, flow, and interaction logic before a pixel of production code is written, saving weeks of development rework.

Full Design System

Colour tokens, typography scales, spacing systems, component libraries — a living Figma design system your development team can build from and your brand can grow with. No more one-off screens that drift from the guidelines the moment a new page is needed.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

Every CTA placement, form field sequence, and micro-interaction tested against real user behaviour data. We track where people drop off, hypothesise why, and design the fix. We do not guess — we measure. Then we measure the measurement.

Developer Handoff

Annotated Figma specs with spacing, states, responsive breakpoint behaviour, and motion notes. Whether we hand off to our own dev team or yours, every developer gets exactly what they need to build it right — the first time, without a follow-up call.

How We Work

Five stages. Zero guesswork.

A structured process is the only way to consistently deliver design that performs. Here is how every Liquid Shape design engagement runs.

01

Discover

Stakeholder interviews, user research, heatmap and analytics review, competitor audit. We build a full picture of where you are and what your users actually need.

02

Define

User personas, journey maps, information architecture, and conversion goals nailed down in a strategy document. Alignment before creation.

03

Design

Low-fidelity wireframes first, then full visual design. Design system established. Every screen crafted for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion intent.

04

Prototype

Interactive Figma prototype. Real click-through flows tested with users. Iterations made based on observation, not opinion. Signed off before development starts.

05

Handoff

Annotated specs, responsive behaviour docs, component inventory, and motion guidelines delivered. All Figma files transferred to you on completion.

Why Liquid Shape

Three things that
make us different

There are hundreds of UI/UX studios. Here is why growth-focused companies choose us.

01

Design and development under one roof

When your designer and your developer are the same team, nothing gets lost in translation. The intent behind every design decision is understood at the moment of implementation — not reconstructed from a handoff document two weeks later. The result is a product that looks and behaves exactly as designed, every time.

02

Data-backed decisions, not opinions

We do not design based on trends, personal aesthetic preference, or what won a Dribbble award last month. Every structural and visual decision is backed by user research, behavioural data, or a clearly stated hypothesis that we then go and test. If you ask us why something is designed a certain way, we will give you a data-based answer.

03

Systems built to scale, not just one project

Many agencies design a beautiful homepage and hand over a collection of one-off screens. We build design systems — structured, documented, extensible — so that every new page, feature, or campaign your team produces is on-brand and conversion-ready without starting from scratch. Your investment compounds over time.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers to the things clients ask before they start a design project with us.

Absolutely. We work within your existing brand identity as the default. If your guidelines are strong, we build on them. If parts of them are working against your conversion goals, we will flag that and present an evolution — but the choice is always yours. We have worked successfully with everything from tightly defined enterprise brand books to a single logo file and a colour swatch.
UX (user experience) is how a product works — the logic, the flow, the information architecture, the journey from landing to conversion. UI (user interface) is how it looks — the visual design, the components, the typography, the colour system. The two are inseparable in practice, and separating them between different teams is one of the most common reasons design projects fail. At Liquid Shape, we do both, together, in a single integrated process.
Most design projects run between 3 and 6 weeks depending on scope. A focused landing page or feature redesign can move faster — sometimes 2 weeks. A full product design system or multi-flow application can take 8 to 12 weeks. We will scope this precisely in our discovery session and give you a realistic timeline before any contract is signed. We do not overpromise on speed.
Yes, unconditionally. On project completion and final payment, all Figma files — including the design system, component library, wireframes, and prototypes — are transferred to your ownership. You are not renting access to your own design. We believe strongly in this; it is written into every contract we sign.
Yes. We regularly take on focused scopes — a checkout flow that is leaking conversions, a pricing page that is failing to close, a specific onboarding sequence, or a set of key landing pages for a campaign. We are also comfortable working alongside an existing design system and matching its conventions while improving the specific flow you need help with. Get in touch and describe what you are working with.
