Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to identify and generate a steady stream of potential leads.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, businesses, and individuals with a high potential for our products/services.
  3. Lead Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential leads to determine their needs, interests, and level of fit with our offerings. Qualify leads based on established criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments between qualified leads and the sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  6. Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential leads, providing relevant and valuable information to keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward in the buying process.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize lead generation strategies, making data-driven decisions and implementing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Work experience min. 2 -3 years
  • Location – Kolkata or remote
  • Proven track record in lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential leads.
  • Persistence and tenacity to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various prospecting techniques and a willingness to adapt to new trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
